Simple Layout Design-$25

This includes basic word typing and sizing (anything under 15 minutes). Two revisions are included. After that client is billed $30 in ¼ hour increments which will be added into the final invoice.

Standard Graphic Design- $30 per ¼ hour

Client must provide a detailed description with text and pictures to be used. Our graphic designer will estimate the time needed to design the project and send an invoice payment link for the graphic services. Once paid, the designer will begin work on the project and email proof in 1-3 business days. Customer will approve the design or email with necessary edits & changes. We will incorporate the edits/changes and the process continues until the customer is satisfied and approves the final proof. If edits/changes go over the allotted time estimate, design fees will be added to the final invoice.  

*If client would like to provide their own artwork, we recommend using Canva online; then send us the print ready artwork files.

Deposits & Payments

All projects under $500 are to be paid in full before the start of the project.
All projects over $500 will require 50% deposit, and the balance paid in full before delivery of the final design files. All work remains the property of Lone Star Signs until final payment is received. Client may not use or distribute any works until paid for in full.

Payment Methods Accepted

  1. Online payment link.  We will send a link so any major credit card may be used.
  2. Checks or cash may be sent for deposits or invoice

Project Timeline

We do not guarantee a completion date for any project. Most design projects can be completed in 3-5 business days. This usually depends on the speed of the client’s feedback and the number of revisions required. If you have a project deadline, please let us know.

Rush jobs

If you are in a rush and need a project completed right away, we offer special “rush rates” where we can promise that the project would be moved to the front of the line and done within a 3-day time frame. This is charged an additional 50% on the total. Example; If the project is normally $100, with the rush fee, the project total would be $150.

Proofs & Printed Items

Please read over your proof carefully to avoid any errors (spelling, wrong contact information, even typos that may have been a mistake on our part) on print items. We will not send anything to print without an emailed or signed approval to a proof. Client email/signature releases Lone Star Signs from all responsibility for errors and omissions on a print item. If the item has already been sent to print, we cannot stop production. If an item needs reprint because of an error, we will be happy to do that, but the client will be charged for the second print.


Client understands that any and all revision requests, updates, corrections, additions or variations will incur an hourly billable or project charge. Design work is not free of charge unless otherwise arranged with Lone Star Signs explicitly and clearly in writing.

Abandoned Projects

Each project has a timeline and an estimated start and completion date.  Please respect our timeline and respond in a timely fashion with any revision requests once project has commenced.  A project will be considered abandoned if we have not heard from client in 30 days. Client will not have any rights to use any of the work that was presented, unless the project has been paid in full. A startup fee may apply after 30 days.

Copyright For Artwork

Graphic designs created at our facility are custom-created and exclusive to each business.  Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for will be a violation of our graphic design rights if they are used elsewhere.


Due to the custom nature of our work, Lone Star Signs does not issue refunds for custom work for any reason.
