Return Policy

Lone Star Signs strives for customer satisfaction on all of our products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we weill gladly allow returns withing 14 days of purchase. Custom made to order items are exlcuded from returns.

If the product was defective, or there was a flaw in the manufacturing, we will gladly offer a full refund minus shipping cost. Once again, custom items do not fall into this category.

If a product is found to be unsatisfactory, request must be made to us via email.

At Lone Star Signs, we strive to provide our Users with the best possible printing experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service department within 14 days of purchase. Our representative will document the refund and create a ticket for your reference. Custom made-to-order items are excluded from refunds.

To Qualify:

Email why the product is being returned.

Product must be returned in the condition it was received.

Once the product has been received, it will be inspected and processed for refund.
